It all began with our founder, Simon Lamothe, who first set foot in Bicolline at the age of 16. For a decade, traveling from abroad for each Great Battle, he mastered the challenges of international logistics and the complexities of transporting medieval equipment across borders. Armed with this experience, he assembled a team of enthusiasts who shared the same challenges. Today, the Ambassade is made up of a dozen collaborators and volunteers who work tirelessly to simplify the lives of travelers.
Our Director of Customer Experience, Eric Arsenault, embodies this same passion. A pillar of the Travelers' Guild, he has turned his passion for welcoming newcomers into a true life mission. With his specialized shuttle service between the Montreal airport and the site, Eric ensures that every player receives personalized support and suitable accommodations. His goal? To allow you to dive headfirst into this fantastic world without any friction.
