Secure your place with The Ambassade before Bicolline tickets officially open. This $399 Reservation guarantees one of the limited spots available for this year’s event. Reservations are non-refundable and are available only until June 1st, or until capacity is reached.

  • On May 15th, all reservation holders will receive a private email invitation.
  • This email will include an exclusive link to purchase either a Basic or Advanced Package.
  • The cost of your reservation ($399) will be applied as a credit toward your selected package.

Our entry-level package provides a comfortable, immersive home base within the heart of the event.

  • Accommodations: One bed/cot in a spacious 172 sq. ft. four-season cotton tent (4m x 4m / 13.1ft x 13.1ft).
  • Shared Space: Shared with only two other participants to ensure plenty of room for gear.
  • Weatherproof: 1500-2000mm waterproof rating to keep you dry in any weather.
  • Location: Installed in a camp of your choosing. Thematic guilds composed of English-speakers are available for newcomers and returning players.
  • Security: Includes a secure box for your personal valuables.

For those seeking more privacy or traveling as a pair, our Advanced Upgrade offers tailored options within our premium cotton tents:

  • Private Solo Space: The tent interior is divided lengthwise to provide a 86 sq. ft. private section with your own bed/cot.
  • The Duo Option: A double bed or bunk bed setup designed for two friends or partners sharing a single tent. Two people sharing a full tent would require the purchase of two Advanced Lodging Tickets.

Seamless Transport & Coordination

Forget the stress of rental cars and long entry lines. The Ambassade provides a dedicated Charter Bus Service that picks you up directly from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and brings you straight to the festival gates.

  • VIP Entry: Skip the long vehicle queue on opening day.
  • Equipment Handling: We transport all your gear along with you.
  • Return Service: Scheduled shuttles at the end of the event to ensure you catch your flight.
  • Coordination: You will have a dedicated transport contact person to assist with arrivals and departures.
On-Site Storage & Service

Why fly your heavy armor and tents home every year? Our year-long storage solution is located directly on the Bicolline site.

  • The Service: At the end of the event, place your identified bundles in our secure storage container.
  • Storage Service: Included at no additional cost, we manage the logistics of moving your gear to the storage area.
  • Important Note: The storage container is not climate-controlled. While it is secure and dry, it is subject to Quebec’s extreme seasonal temperatures (heat and freezing cold). Please do not store items vulnerable to temperature fluctuations. Please be mindful, the Ambassade takes no responsibility for the items stored within.

Do I need to speak French?

While Bicolline is a French-speaking event, The Ambassade provides English translators and guides to help you navigate rules and announcements.

What is "Geopolitics"?

Bicolline has a complex "meta-game" of land ownership and war. We provide monthly Discord sessions to explain the history and rules to our customers.

Is food included?

Our basic package does not include food, but there are many taverns and restaurants on-site.

Can I bring my own tent?

Our packages are designed around our provided lodging, but contact us if you have specific needs.

Can I use my own transportation?

Our packages are designed around our provided transportation, but contact us if you will not be requiring transportation from the airport.

Is there an age limit?

Bicolline is a family-friendly event, but our transport and packages are primarily designed for adults. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
